We are excited to be back mixing fresh cocktails every month with you in 2022, Anchorage!

We are showcasing three very different styles in our February crate:

• Our Proper Version is the standard recipe for this month

• An Elevated Version uses advanced techniques and a commonly found perishable ingredient that we are unable to safely provide

• A Modified Version uses some of the ingredients from the proper version, but changes up the recipe and technique to create a completely different cocktail experience

Each crate provides ingredients for a total of 4 cocktails with the spirits provided from our partners at La Bodega. We throw in a little extra of our handcrafted mixers, just in case you want to experiment and make a few more cocktails…

Cocktail styles: This month’s cocktail series features a refreshing sour structured cocktail with a very fun aesthetic presentation, a cocktail using an ingredient that is not normally found in cocktails, and a spin on the very classic old fashioned

Flavor profile: Floral and tea notes are showcased with this series, but this is far from a delicate cocktail! We designed this series to keep us warm in the remaining Alaskan winter months, but we are teasing ourselves with the hint of longer days to come

Spirit Base: This cocktail series is focused around the rich carameled notes of Irish Whiskey and honeyed spirits to keep the cocktail rich and warm while playing with the rich floral notes that we are incorporating this month

Bartender techniques: The three separate techniques to craft three unique cocktails, we are shaking (and floating), stirring, and using a modified shake method for the elevated cocktail
